3 Age Verification

Bitvisa only 18 years of age or older individuals. At registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We may request a government-issued ID (National ID, passport, or driving licence) to verify your age at any time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

You can deposit funds on bitvisa using the following methods:

• bKash: The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT.
• Cash: The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT.
• Rocket: The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT.
• Bank Transfer: From a minimum of ৳500.

Withdrawal Policy

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before withdrawing winnings. Withdrawal processing times:

Bitvisa does not charge any hidden withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own charges.

General Bonus Terms

Bonus Abuse

6 Betting Rules

When placing bets on bitvisa, certain general rules apply. Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though a cash-out option may be available in specific situations.

In the event of event cancellation or postponement

• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is less than 50% complete, the bet will be considered void.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, bitvisa will make the appropriate determination.

Odds Change

Once a bet is confirmed, any change in odds will not apply to that bet. For live betting, the odds at the time the bet is accepted are considered final.

7 Fair Use Policy

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system.
• Using software bots or automated systems.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of illegal activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bitvisa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.

• Participation in fraudulent activities.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Being underage.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Before closing an account, we will generally notify you by email and give you an opportunity to explain your position. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken.
